2. Quotations and Contracts

Free Consultations

Initial consultations and site visits are provided free of charge with no obligation.

Written Quotations

All work quotations are provided in writing and include:

• Detailed scope of work
• Materials specifications
• Labor costs and timeline
• Payment schedule
• Warranty terms

Quote Validity

Written quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Material price fluctuations may affect quote validity.

3. Payment Terms

• Deposit: 25% deposit required to commence work
• Progress payments: As agreed in written contract
• Final payment: Due upon completion and customer satisfaction
