Lawn installation
A lawn that lasts.
New lawns from seed or turf — proper preparation, soil and drainage, then handed over with a real care guide.
Soil first
Strip, level, screen, and import topsoil where it is needed.
Drainage
French drains and soakaways planned in if the site needs them.
Seed or turf
Seed for value and resilience, turf for instant impact. We do both.
Real aftercare
Watering schedule, first-cut guide, and a check-in at four weeks.
Fixed quotes
No surprises. One number on the page.
Preparation
Most lawns fail in the first month.
Compacted soil, no drainage, the wrong seed mix. We do the boring bits properly so the lawn comes back next spring.

FAQ
Common questions.
Turf gives an instant lawn but costs more. Seed is half the price and grows in better roots over time. Both work — we will recommend based on use, budget and the time of year.
March to October for seed. Year-round for turf, weather permitting. Avoid heatwaves and hard frost.
We will install French drains and soakaways before laying the lawn. The lawn is only as good as the ground under it.
Turf — about two weeks. Seed — six to eight weeks before a first light cut. The care guide spells it out.
